About the Ship-Kicker
MY NAME IS Tim Simms, AMS®
After spending much of my life on land, I decided to pursue my dream of working on ships by enrolling in the prestigious Chapman School of Seamanship. Shortly after graduating, I earned my U.S. Coast Guard 100-ton Master Captain’s license. In the many years since, I’ve provided captain’s services in and around San Diego and coastal cities in Mexico. Once I discovered South Florida, though, I knew where I belonged. So, I’ve been servicing the South Florida area for over 7 years and am looking forward to many more.
